Registration is open for Greenville Open 2013 which will be April 26-27, 2013.
If needed, the Friday portion of the competition will only be in the afternoon after 3:00 pm.

A Very Gold Test Session!

We would like to congratulate three skaters who passed the gold level on a USFS test on August 26, 2012 during the Greenville Figure Skating Club test session at the Pavilion!  These tests symbolize years of hard work, perseverance, dedication and practice since only a very small percentage of skaters pass these tests which are the highest level in each skating discipline!  They will be recognized by USFS as “Gold Medalists” and we will be adding their achievements and pictures to the GFSC Wall of Fame!  Congratulations!!

Skating on the Square!

GFSC Members performed twice at the new outdoor skating rink in Spartanburg which opened November 16.

The first time was the Grand Opening at 5:30 on Friday, November 16 when soloists performed during and after the ribbon cutting ceremony.  The second time was when part of our Ice Dancing group  performed a theatrical number in period costumes for the Dickens Festival on November 26.

Bobbe Shire Spin Seminar – August 8 and 9, 2012
